Some say NY is the most European city in the U.S., which may make sense, as none of their cities are in Europe.

I doubt you don't drink alcohol at all. Also the best vodka is Nemiroff (Ukraine).

Yes but Moscow itself is also pretty rotten and people from different parts of Moscow fight each other over who is the better. Furthermore, Muscovites always claim to be something better than people outside of Moscow.
