Mouse controlled games for one handed player

I am a one handed player. I lost my left hand in a work accident. I am looking for any rpg games that i can control the character with my mouse. Any suggestions out there?

Not an RPG, but I've been playing a lot of Nova Drift lately which is a fun little top down Asteroid-esque roguelike shooter. More or less controls with just a mouse. I think you might need to hit spacebar to level up but that's about it.

Otherwise I guess you could look into things like Halls of Torment, which is kind of a Vampire Survivors meets Diablo. Pretty sure there's an option to play mouse only.

Sorry I don't have a game to recommend, but something like the EVGA X15 mouse with all of its extra buttons might expand the choices available to you.

City builder games and most simulation games usually can be played with mouse only
