There's probably an obscure medical condition like that that got featured in a House episode at some point, but generally, no.

However, I've heard that holding in a fart will cause it to be reabsorbed into the bloodstream and move to the lungs and get exhaled, which might make you figuratively drop dead of embarrassment.

Pick your poison.

It also doesn´t has much to do with farting "hard". It´s more about the environment. Like in elevators, which got stuck. Then Your fellow travelers start vomiting, and You technically drown. It´s the same in public transport, or small offices. This is how it works in reality.

Evidence suggest Elvis was a chronic drug user, diabetes, an enlarged heart, glaucoma (meaning he would have been blind before too long anyway) and constipation. with the latter he used drugs to help move his bowels along.

it's possible he strained too hard on the toilet and had a heart attack. However farting wouldn't have caused it, especially if he was all blocked up on one end and the gasses got trapped on the other end.
