If you're a neckbeard who loses sleep over using a chromium based browser, try Firefox.
Firefox is better IMO
- Doesn't use chromium (Owned by Google, easier for google to track and disable adblockers on youtube)
- Still has all the functionality of Brave in Private Browsing mode
lol
I do keep Tor Browser and ungoogled Chromium around for special cases.
I don't like Brave and I think there are better Chromium forks out there, but it's much better than Firefox imo.
The results are negligible, and depend largely on your computer and internet connection.
If you feel fancy you could also use GNU IceCat.
Brave is okay but ti still spies on you a ton. I would be very very cautious when it comes to trusting that company.
