Follow the Employee Handbook, unless it lists procedures and contact mechanisms that just don't exist. In that case there are a few options: contact the disrespectful person and convince them to stop, contact your immediate manager and tell them the situation. If your manager is also disrespectful figure out who their boss is. (Its probably best to study the org chart before you begin).
If nobody at the company is being helpful see if its violating any harassment guidelines and report it to your company's OSHA contact(or to the cops, FBI, etc if its that level of disrespect).

Talk to the adult in charge (the boss) and threaten to quit.

When that fails, because the boss is either a part of the problem or reluctant to do anything,

Break into all their cars, line them up in the parking lot, spike all their tires, then do a jump over them and drive home on a Friday.

You expect us to just go with your claim that they "are disrespectful" ? That's just your interpretation, it doesn't tell us what they actually said. Really hard to say anything about it when you put it so abstractly.

Rise above them and stay out of it. They disrespect you but don't take it.

I'd simply tell them they need to learn mannners and if they persist that "It's just a joke", tell them it is inappropriate and offensive and walk away. Confronting them directly in front of everyone is usually the best method to put them on the spot as they have nowhere to hide. Workplace toxicity happens all the time but never sink to their level.

In my case it was specifically because I was proving myself as an 11 year old CIA agent that caused these very mature adults to freak out and bully me.
