What is your reaction to this such uncivilized, barbaric behavior? I thought that this should only happens in 3rd world countries.

These homeless and criminals going around without consequence kills lot of businesses. Pretty sad that hardworking people are always the vulnerable ones.

if theres no public facilities to perform these basic human needs and you really need to go, why not?

i'd prefer them to do their business in a bush, or some alleyway instead of doing it in their pants and then stinking up the public transit...

Common problem in China. The public toilets in some places are just a hole with two planks to put your feet on. I don't speak from experience. There is also an issue with many of the uneducated farmers who have recently moved to the towns & cities, as they will take their children to the toilet in the middle of the street or even do it themselves if there aren't too many people around.

I've seen it back in Jakarta when II was young back along with my parents (that was late 1990 and early 2000) than what I remember much. Never seen them taking their poo and pee on street. Only I saw some kids take their bath in hygiene river and flood. Still never forget when I saw kids were happy because they were born with immunity which I was surprise to hear no one else did died from it.

People dies by complications of many diseases or starvation. The most barbaric would be to put a child in this world but it is considered a social security,

because of the administration we don't need next generation to take care of the farm. We have as well administrated the elders in eldercare and administrated the children in school that the parents are no longer needed.

You don't pee a lot or poo a lot if you are on the street because you are not overcomsuming and the body want to keep all fluids inside. It is likely that internal dehydrations will kill which means you can't poo or pee.

Barbaric? we are just one step removed from that, if we hadn't learned how to develop morality and decency laws we'd be naked, using nothing but bidets in toilets.
Uncivilised? what like this forum where the inner monster in all of us can come out to play so long as the very few rules that exist aren't broken? a few arbitrary rules won't stop some users from being utterly savage with their position and opinion.

back in the day this was also in france just a hole in the ground, going on holiday people from netherlands pooped all on the belgian side of border with normal toilets, before drive further to southern france xd
