What is your reaction to this such uncivilized, barbaric behavior? I thought that this should only happens in 3rd world countries.

there are few public toilets and visiting them is 1 euro.

an entire shopping street 3km long without any is quite common..
while you try holding it till at home..
if you got to go you got to go

but I still think doing it in the midfle of the street is barbaric.

our cities are green with many parks (and a dutch park is more a forest and not all grass like usa parks)

walking to one of them and do it there i pity you if some penlicking officer fine you the 400 euro fine for wildpeeing.

but to piss or ♥♥♥♥ against another persons wall or where people walk thats not ok.

to me the fine is fine..
there should just be more public toilets.

I don't think that a homeless person is really going to pass up the chance to use a clean bathroom if it's right in front of them (though, they might not trust anyone trying to take them to one inside of a random house) but when it comes to broken government policies, & broken societal rules - you can tell people exactly how to fix it but... if they don't want to, then there's nothing else that can be done.

That's still a policy problem if people have to urinate or defecate on command and only within designated times that are available to them. Whereas if a toilet is somewhere that it's always available to all, and it's actually kept clean rather than subjecting every public member who passes it to strong bio-hazards, then only the most mentally ill will still not use it.

Unrestricted access to the facilities is a rather important aspect of this issue.
When someone doesn't have that unrestricted access... well... our bodies tend to not process food and water in accordance with mechanical or digital alarm clocks. Biology isn't that robotic.

I saw the DeSantis/Newsom debate, it looks like crapping on the streets is a freedom that Progressive Democrats want to make a reality....can't own a gun, can't speak your mind-online...but if you want to take a dump on mainstream...go for it.

This is against the law in the US in urban/suburban/public areas. (At least, covered under "exposure" laws where not specifically prohibited.) In some cases, its accepted that someone may pull over on a highway and make a mad dash for the trees... But, that's about it.

The only people I've ever seen doing these things publicly are intoxicated individuals or those with mental disorders. (I haven't spent a long time in areas with a dense homeless population, so that's possible too - Most businesses do not run their open restrooms for public use, just customer use.)
