Russia is a country of almost 300 milion of people, almost infinite resources, yet their GDP is lower that Spain who has 40 milion of people and a relative small land that lacks of resources. Takke off the nukes from Russia and there is nothing to be scared about them. We can see what is going on in Ukraine at the present moment, yet Ukraine is one of the poorests countries in Europe.

Our food is an amalgamation of food from all around the world. There's actually not much truly American in origin food here. Maybe pecan pie.

America is also a continent named after the Florentine merchant Amerigo Vespuci. Just a reminder.
People from a European country don't seem to mind calling themselves "European". (Unless you're a UK Brexit person.) Meanwhile you wouldn't call someone from Canada or Brazil an "American", even though they technically live on an American continent.
Maybe if there was a country in Europe called, "The United States of Europe", there would be a similar confusion.

Italy is a pretty cool place tho, I mean its no America, but thats where Sergio Leone was born, spaghetti westerns rule.

Great food, history, landscape, fashion, cars, free healthcare and free schools and University.
