Grain is processed that it makes you high when consumed. You get this kick out of it since it's processed into sugar.

In fact it doesn't matter what you eat as long the body can digest it.

Sugar and fat is not found combined neither are animals burning on campfires in nature

Yeah, but I wanna taste meat sometimes.
Most of what people take for meat taste is actually the spices, or the smoked smell. Its highly achievable without actually murdering animals.

Yea sure, just like all animals "murdering" others for food.

I love the taste of meat in the morning - and all day long - and I am not the least ashamed of doing so.

And from a person from Brazil, the place with plenty of wonderful all you can eat meat buffet Churrascarias...

I have also eaten meats that the average person may not, such as whale, dog, reindeer, horse, and rabbit. Everything was delicious. :200scissors:
you can eat whatever you like and i will do the same
Vegan diet is good for bit of a clean out of fats in your blood.
Would not recommend doing it as a lifestyle.

I would agree, it's still possible, even getting higher levels than a meat eater, but yeah all depends on your meals and the amount. He doesn't personally eat that much. Plus if you have taste buds.

I personally wouldn't mind cooked broccoli with a white cheese sauce, as a side, not an entire plate.

Well, that would be the first reason of the malnutrition is the lack of eating itself and exercising the whole body. People don't really realize or notice until they experience it their selves. Here I am doing just fine in terms of surviving with a more clear mind with the removal of consuming animals while not going poor and having the strength to workout everyday without anything holding me back. And I understand the folks that consume animals or choose for that was an upbringing and everything. Know how it completely wires to brain to think that is something to pursue to live on. Personally theorize that the parasites that are in animal meat does most of that thinking for the brain while the stomach acts as second brain itself.
Parasites do not think. Go to www.itanimulli.com if you want to discuss conspiracy theories.

And parasites can't change or alter the hosts actions or thoughts for humans?
My friend, if you want to discuss expansive conspiracy theories about parasites who have taken over humanity, you must be at www.itanimulli.com Here we know there is no such thing as a parasite. We are decent folk.

That's just one thing, but the variety is what's supposed to be and shall be considered.. Not just a few things that are way too easy to nitpick, because that's not how people do eat.
They don't eat the same meat every single day, but different kinds of meats, sometimes even pass on the meat from time to time and go for something different.

See, again, I'm not sure where you're coming from. When I tried to go vegan for a little while, I instantly saw cost-saving benefits.

Yeah, you eat a variet of plants, there's tofu, beans, pasta, legumes, rice, frozen veggies. Literally all of them cost a couple of dollars for a couple of pounds.

And yeah, you eat a variety of meat, there's chicken, beef, lamb, and let's say, some cheeses. And literally all of them, cost 20$ or so for a couple of pounds.
But you're only talking about what you're taking on your plate, aren't you?

What I'm finding particularly interesting is the comparison to the lack of vitamins and other nutrients, which means that the person has to get them from somewhere.. And that's what vegan diet doesn't involve.
So? You'll have to pay some extra money if you wanna stay healthy.. And that, in comparison, makes vegan diet more expensive in the end. Yes, due to the lack of those nutrients. Only and only because of them.
but how do you get the protein anyway?

My friend a simple theory isn't automatically a conspiracy. People know very not to ever click any link within this forum.
Your theory is ridiculous and it has been proven by Einstein to be fake information last summer.

You weren't being very specific, so it's hard to pinpoint your argument.

Vitamin deficiencies? You mean b12? You can get a supplement from amazon for 15$, take it every other day, and it'll last you a year. That's comparable to thousands of dollars worth of b12 coming from meat in a year... Either that or have some fortified cereal or plant-based milk.

Calcium? You can get that from spinach and collard greens, which is cheaper than dairy in general.

The tofu/beans/legumes will cover basically everything else in terms of vitamins/minerals.

I still maintain that a vegan diet is much more cost-effective overall, lol, even when you account for vitamin/mineral deficiencies.

What a jolly interesting debate.

I think only an idiot who knows almost nothing would read what I have to say.

But you know there is always going to be a spirit of evil that tries to drown out the voice of the innocent, the small, the helpless, and those who stand up to defend them and even you.

What drives a person to ignore and condemn animals who scream and beg for mercy, and by their consumption become the leading cause of death and disease to humans more than all other reasons combined? And by their raising cause the most deforestation, climate change, and extinction of over 20,000 species of life per year?

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

If you can live a life that is kind, that is healthy, that is sustainable, that is ethical, why wouldn't you?

Beware the voice inside you that claims to be right and correct. Question it, seek out the truth with your own eyes and ears, hear and smell the truth, and then use your mouth to voice it. But do not voice it first, even if you want to.

May you have the courage to seek the truth with an honest heart.

Reflect on all you love, love itself, or what you love most, your child, your pets, your mother, and imagine them tortured to death, raped, mocked without hope. They do not even have a voice to beg mercy with. It is you who inflicts this upon them, for no reason at all.

Perhaps you are blind and you did not see them, or understand that you love them in the future, because you have not met them yet.

The price you pay for being wrong will make that statement a fact of truth, but it doesn't end or come to a resolution, it is eternal, like all truth.

If you could see a small glimpse of the isolation, you would not even understand the horror you are beholding.

Be careful the side you stand for, one will know joy and love and one isolation without hope or end.

I rest my case

You're welcome my friends :KneelingBow:

That's a fair point, actually.. It's not like I could ever be specific when it comes to this topic, as I have no interest in vegan diet myself, and therefore do lack the knowledge of how expensive it can truly be. That being said, I do have a gist of it, which may and may not be sufficient, making me relying on common sense rather than on those proofs that are way too many times justified and having made-up pros and cons about them just because it was worth to share them with skewed positives to support their business.

Alright, then let's say those nutrients can be taken care of.. Cheaper than with the usual diet involving meat.
How about the individual's health, though?
This time, I'm focusing on the toll digesting those aritificial nutrients takes on the body. It's not something we're used to, is it?

Very cute of the young ignorance, I was your age too at one point.
MAybe you should stop blaming parasites for your weird thoughts. It is the first step towards healing, my brother.
I'm not sure how stuffing myself with two pounds of coconut butter a day is going to be healthy, but I guess I'll eat sweet soap and be happy. ;P

You kids enjoy being dehumanizing. Certainly you're mentality will pass this grade school phase that you cherish so much.

Ironic considering a 'grade school' mentality is one that also acts above everyone else and thinks they have it figured out.
