control sneezing best way
I've figured out the best way to control sneezing .... so whenever u feel like u r going to sneeze and u want to avoid it , just stop using ur nose , i mean stop inhaling and exhaling from ur nose , do it from ur mouth instead , do this for few seconds and u can avoid ur sneeze easily :lunar2020ratinablanket:

i feel like sharing this bcz i personally was suffering from cold recently and it was sometimes non stop sneeze for few seconds , and i personally have tried a lot of ways but all failed eventually ... but this one i mentioned above is the best solution , and is actually working

Take a hay fever tablet (antihistamines) once per day (depending if you need it on that day). It should help almost instantly. Then just drink water or fruit juice.

You might even find your cold, isn't a cold virus, but rather allergies or reaction.

Sneezing is controlled by flushing it out or stopping your system from over-reacting to it.

sometimes if u r not having a cold but u rubbed ur nose or did something which triggered an immediate sneeze but u want to avoid it , then also the method i mentioned works perfectly fine :steamhappy:

Your discovered version of not using the nose, stops air flow and movement across the area with pollen, etc... something that was previously irritating it. Even if it's in the nose already, it's currently idled. So yes, in a way that could logically work.

i think this is the optimal way ,there's no other actually working way better than this one for sure

my way of stopping a sneeze is by letting it go but i make sure i have some tissue just on my mouth, that way the aerosol hits the tissue altogether and not in the air.

if i can't do such a thing i actually bury the sneeze as it happens by holding back on my reflex reaction leaving nothing but the slightest sound of a sneeze. to anyone else doing such a thing doesn't feel good to them, but i've had practice with it over the years. only a really hard sneeze could trigger the reflex beyond what i can control, the sort of sneeze that can make you throat feel a bit sore afterwards.

Why would you not want to sneeze ? it's like a face orgasm, people stare at the sun going blind just hoping they can somehow sneeze.
Why would you not want to sneeze? Your body does it for a reason. Personally I sneeze 3 times and I feel fantastic after every sneeze.

Its like not going the bathroom, your body needs to expel that ♥♥♥♥ in your nose bros.

You do realise that when your body sends that signal to sneeze it's to push out something harmful to your body, at least to your nose inside lining, why would you want to "not sneeze", it's going to repeat the same process over and over again till that parasite is gone from where it was harming what ever

hasn't been my experience. sometimes it's just a slight irritation and those do happen, doesn't automatically mean it's a germ or a parasite though.

even with a stronger irritation through the day, like a very light allergic reaction, i've managed to bury sneezes and the irritation goes away for a bit, then comes back and another sneeze a bit later.

occasionally you can get a double sneeze, that's likely to be something you want to sneeze out on the second effort.
