I know xTwitter had broken the EU laws and was about to be banned/blocked in Europe. The latest EU law update had Elon Musk forced into allowing researchers there back into the xTwitter API access to be able to do their research.
As for the Tesla Cybertruck, it's still not considered as Street-Legal in EU and therefore won't be sold there. You would likely have to force/change another EU law to twist Elon Musk's arm to care enough?
Ditto for those in the UK, it's not Street-Legal and would have to go under major modifications to the base structure of the entire vehicle to be up to code as acceptable.
Considering the AI auto-pilot as well, it would have to 'relearn' street rules and the driving habits, etc. Otherwise it would just drive like an American tourist there assuming the rules are the same there as back home.

Never.
That's not even considering how terrible they look.
A plastic trash bin could be pretty cool to pick up all the ladies in though?

(I wanted one of those big dumpster bins on wheels rolling down the street, which could protect you from the zombie invasion, but this will do)

The Jeep Magneto has my interest, though. I'm not about to give up my clutch pedal.
Lotta kiddo hating here and trying to deathwish here like him. 🤣
Don't they have a Consumer Guarantees Act in America? If not, they really should get one to protect consumers from fraudulent business practices, false advertising, defective products, and dangerous goods and services.
It means if you get a bad quality service or product that doesn't meet as advertised, you can get a full refund, repair or replacement of it. It puts a lot of scam companies and knock offs out of business here in New Zealand, because they end up scamming themselves instead and paying out of their own pockets rather than the end user. They can end up paying more in the shipping returns, while giving a full refund and getting their crappy product back that they can't resell.
He is one of the Reuter employer if recall.

Maybe it's a boat and all this time I've just been assuming it's a land vehicle?

there's only one thing worse than buying a Tesla. and that's buying a 2nd hand Tesla.
if X buys a new model on the 60kW battery version, they will receive it with a battery of 90kW, limited through software to only run @ 60kW.
if they wish to "upgrade" it @ 90kW they have to pay 4.500€ extra on top of the regular price.
if someone buys the same model but 2nd hand from someone else, Tesla turns the battery back to 60kW through software even if the previous owner payed for the 90kW "upgrade", thus leading the new owner having to pay again if they want the 90kW battery "upgrade" themselves.
if noone wishes to pay for the "upgrade" then either owner has to go with a battery that has the capability to have 90kW of power but instead runs limited @ 60kW. now that's "green" :/
