OP didn't clarify. The odorless body odor is exclusively in reference to East Asians. Other Asians don't have that feature.

I smell like whatever I put on. Right now I smell like strawberries and watermelon because the shampoo is strawberry and watermelon flavored.

probably use some kind of pore blocker antiperspirant under the arms and on the back if needed, but most will have adapted to the higher temperatures, use clothing that has a cooling effect on the skin and i'd imagine at home most houses and apartments would have ac on cool pretty much all the time.

Thailand is hot but what they eat can help.
They use herb in their food a lot.
