It also seems like the ultimate box office failure of The Little Mermaid gave 'em a good kick in the pants to go back on track. They just released the film Wish about a week ago. I dunno if it's any good or not, but at least it's something original rather than a live action remake trying to recapture lightning in a bottle.
Edit: Oh wait… that’s Pixar
mf really hasn't seen classic Disney, have they?
Something about their CG got so boring to me.
pretty much everyone besides disney was doing good animation in the 90s.
Totally agree, trying to turn everything to feminism with their stupid agenda
Like Sixtyfivekills says, they should get back to the drawing board and make a good cartoon from scratch.
Have the team actually watch the original Robin Hood with the fox and Jungle Book and Snow White and other old cartoons from other networks.
Questions how could they improve the old cartoon of Gulliver's travels from scenes to music to audience view perspective should be noted in the second viewing of it. first time would be to familiarize and notes optional second time would be notes essential.
Remove the team from the distractions into a reasonable accommodation set out of town.
Starve them a little of the distractions ie no internet access. Phone line only and no email.
There minds will start to work after they get past the 'its not fair' bit.
Saving Private Ryan, worked because they got actors who looked the part put a very strong emotional link that did not seem forced on first watching.
the cast were tired and had to do exercises to make them look tired and it worked. (Tom Hanks had to rally them for real when some were ready to walk out).
It doesn't make their agenda less stupid because I quoted Irene lol
And as of series, Disney still makes good ones like Molly Mcgee , Hamster and Gretel, anfibilandia...
So Disney still makes good stuff from time to time
