Getting so busy that spending time there won't feel worth it at all helps.
Or.. Getting so busy that you won't have the energy for that.. That also helps.

Setting my priorities straight has done the trick for me, but I've been told by way too many people than I would've liked that most people can't just switch at will.. That they have to prepare for it and do some extra work to get over it.

Never understood how someone can be addicted to porn. Like do they just sit and watch it all day or something, or are they just fapping like 20 times a day?

They look at it all the time, they keep gigantic folders of it. They can even become emotionally attached to the folder or folders. They may commission the content. They can pick images/videos over real people, even if given the option.

They can spend all day looking at the stuff.
