I hear that Aussie cuisine is rather diverse, although the mainstream ones are certainly recent additions to their cookbook, like ANZAC biscuits, Pavlova cake with some kind of berry used, and really, a lot of British-derivative type dishes. I do hear some Aborigine dishes every now and then, but ehh, that's what I know of their food. They do be liking barbie parties, though.
