Now, i'm not saying remove ALL video games, but some (especially the addictive multiplayer ones) can be super unhealthy.
Sometimes the best thing to do is to remove access to the service or platform and fight the urge for a couple of days, it starts to go away after a while.
Moderation is super important, but if you can't trust yourself, remove the source.
1. Cheat.
true
Step 5. Find someone you really enjoy and want to spend time with.
Step 6. Further your relationship after an appropriate amount of time spent getting to know each other
Step 7. When you compare hobbies, return to video games as a way to connect to your significant other.
Step 8. Do none of these things, because I haven’t tested them on my own yet so I don’t know how foolproof they are.
Step 1: Find a girlfriend
Step 2: Marry her
Step 3: Have Children
You simply won't have time for games anymore.
You can find a detailed overview of what a girlfriend is on Wikipedia:

Just find something new to do, that will be all that's needed. : >
