Thoughts on pink (the color)?

I'm a guy. I'm straight. I like pink. I paint all my items in tf2 that color. I like wearing pink shirts. The room I sleep in is painted a pretty light pink. I've liked pink since I was a kid. Anyone else like pink?

Fun fact - pink was always "the boys' color," historically. Blue was "for girls." It got reversed at one point basically just to suit manufacturing interests.

I mean all of that is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anyway, colors don't have inherent meanings or gender, it's all cultural bias. But we can't even agree with ourselves, lol

It's another sun and moon thing being inverted by ancient Egyptian notions. Blue is the war crown, red is the crown of lower egypt, white is the crown of upper egypt. Pink is also minus-green, and refers to the genitals. Nipple. Etc.

I don't think any of it has anything to do with Egyptian nipples, but mkay

Probably because red is more of a warning of danger in nature. Blue is a calm color. Red is a favorite of mine too which I forgot to mention.

I used to wear a shirt that had large pink stripes on it in grade school and no one didn't care. I got away with it Scot-free.

Old folks considered pink a male color. Pink is close to red, which is regal, and the color of the Roman banner. Blue is soft and delicate, like girls.

I like pink, pink and purple are colors I have liked since I was 12. I don't like openly using pink because I feel it's too flamboyantly feminine, but I have always enjoyed it as a color. I used to use a pink bird as a mount in a game years ago. It was a gift from someone who was nice to me and a good person. It makes me angry when people make things I love about themselves to get others to assume I copy them.

I don't think pink makes a man unmanly, I think confidence makes a person how they are. Maturity and kindness makes men appealing, whether they're masculine or not.
