Strongest man? People working at Funerals, hospices, soldier, mortunariums, crimescene cleaners, working with poo and such and so on

As in muscles? Probably firefighters and soldiers

This question is asked from the wrong angle. The important stuff is found within "islands of stability" and "decay chains". As in, what does a person stand on for who they are and what they do. And if you start adding stressors, or taking away parts of them or their environment, where is their ability to adapt stretched to its breaking (or deformation, ie elastic:plastic) point? How will they rearrange internally to create new behaviors. And if you keep degrading their ability to function, whether through the body, the mind, or ecological affordances, what sort of decay chain do they go down. This gets into death and rebirth patterns, which reveals the core. When everything is taken away, what does a person try to return to. There will likely be a few macrostates they oscillate between, but when even that lower layer is broken down, there is more fundamental primordial basis. It also shows the capacity and conditions required for resurrection. The journey to the underworld and back again.

That's a bit too esoteric for me. So wrestlers are physically and mentally very flexible, very adaptive, extremely demanding in terms of strength endurance ... The physical profile is very balanced because they not only wrestle but also do a lot of running, strength training and gymnastics. the mental and character traits develop accordingly.

I once saw a report about special units where an instructor said they have a lot of top athletes, super footballers, excellent swimmers, track athletes and powerlifters, but wrestlers are the closest profl to them. But of course every task has its own special requirements and every person has their limits.

All of what you just described stands on a lot to continue on as it does. This means it can be gradually undermined and dismantled. Some are less like Kintsugi, and more like Humpty Dumpty.

It's more a question of how serious a person is about something and how they approach a task. Of course, the amateur is different from the professional.

This is part of how a person breaks. Take the professional, introduce a lesion into his brainstem, vagus nerve, or otherwise alter proprioception. How meticulous can he become to coerce or force the body to continue as it had? Maybe give him nerve pain, some other chronic pain. He needs fuel, add on a penalty for eating. Most food will make him sick, cause greater pain, or induce brain fog or other autonomic issues. How far will he go? Chop off a limb, two limbs. What does it take? What can he scale to?

That's just the overt, the physical. All of these people rely on their external environment to provide the ability to do certain things. Make everyone hate them, will they maintain exactly as they had before? They work in groups, break up the group, shuffle them around, introduce agitators, introduce energy vampires. What does it take?

a firefighter is volentairy only.
he needs to have an BMI of below 30
capable of shuttle run stage 9
capable of doing 1.5km run with 60kg load within 10 minutes
->
as such they are selected for endurance, not strenght.

Police :
-no fysical demands to join, but do have high mental demands
**psychologic tests to see how you deal with situations
**it is a mastergrade study, so you do have to have the right education to join, as well as pass an IQ test.
-> generally you won't be needing to shoot so eyesight is not an issue.
***
in police acedemy you do have fysics classes each day, so your condition is decent as you leave the acedemy, howver after that point, keeping that up is volentairy, some corpses do demand 1 2 hour fitness session a week for obese officers.. many police officers have terrible condition.

Blacksmith :
modern blacksmiths use mechanical hammers, so less fysical strenght is needed than before, Usually of the "artistic" type, rough, but not neccecairy buff.
still metal is heavy..

Wrestler :
A lot of it is showmanship and technique, but strenght certainly does help.

Couter-strike :
sitting behind a pc gaming.

I;d say in pure strenght (kg pressed, pulled and pushed)

Wrestler > FIreman > Blacksmith > Policeman > Couterstrikeplayer

I think it goes a bit beyond the normal view. ,-)

Out of the current strongest 10 men on earth, 7 of them are Vegan, all 10 of them can lift a car.

Out of current highest paid NFL players ... 86% of them are Vegan.

If you want to get good, eat a whole food plant based diet and exercise!

You now have the knowledge of a person with 165 IQ, even if you can't understand it.

You're welcome :KneelingBow:

vegan diets are typically the most-tolerable for vampires, and the only real threat presented by, say, a flax seed diet is discovery. which is negligible.

This is very interesting. I didn't know this.

I think I would make an amazing vampire. I would make Tokyo even more beautiful and inspirational to the human soul.

I would never harm people unless they deserved it. Its my natural V-code.

We will have to see if a female vampire is able to bite me, or be destroyed by my natural intuition and reflexes. Perhaps she will be beautiful enough that I will simply permit her.

Stranger things have happened.

Time will tell.

You're welcome my friend. :KneelingBow:
