There's several instances in the Bible where Angels appear to people. Don't know if that's the case in Islam though (but I honestly doubt it)

Demons are your friends, more if you allow it. Angels are so one dimensional and of limited use. Except those that have fallen and become greater than what they once were.

An angel that has fallen, has eaten of the tree of knowledge so to speak.
