But I'm not an expert. To be safe, you should probably fake your death then smuggle yourself out of the country, get plastic surgery and buy yourself a new identity and start a new life.

Yeah, I understand that. It's hard to convince others, especially when it is so personalised. The amount that is pure paranoia, and nothing else, really damages your chances to be believed.

You can be paranoid and it be true. It's when it is a delusion that there is an issue.

I'd have to write a whole book just to try to convince someone who does not know me.
