Why follow Abrahamic faiths?
Are Western people in denial about how absolutely insane they are?

Jesus hated us. He called us gentiles, a bunch of dogs, unfit for anything but the crumbs that fall off the master's table. He didn't come to bring peace, but a sword from his Abba. He wants us all in Hell.

Muhammad hated us. He called us infidels, idolaters, and waged his jihad, his holy war against us. He didn't come for peace, but to force everyone to submit to the will of his Allah. He wants us all in Hell.

Why worship and follow, someone who hates you?
For the West, the choice is an easy one to make: Reject Abraham. Return to Pagan.

Would be best to ignore religious and politics, cause it will only get yourself into troubles and not worth it. Just be happy and get along with others, regardless what color they are. If they seem to be hostile and calling you names, just move along dont engage them, if you do, things can get nasty and the polices will arrests them all and they dont care who start it.

That ♥♥♥♥♥ back in Middle East been going on for more than two thousand years and it is the hot spots. Do whatever you like, helping others is good, but harming others is not. If you got a serious issues about someone or religious, etc. Then i suggest you think really hard, think about your families, friends and yourself, is it worth it???

Are religious people mentally ill? I think there is truth to my statement.

Imagine if I started to worship Santa Clause

*Replace Jesus with Santa
*Replace the cross with the Christmas tree
*Replace the angels with elves
*Make a 2000 year old ANCIENT book that says Santa is god. And if you believe you will live forever in candy cane island. Where Christmas is EVERYDAY!

Now, what if I started to preach "the good news" about candy cane island to people. They would think I was nuts, or mentally ill. And yet, religious folk get to sing, go into convulsions because the holy spirit has invaded their body, talk in tongues, etc... And yet, this is considered normal?

Not only that but Christmas isn't even an inherently christian holiday, they just stole Yule from the pagans and absorbed it into Christianity.

Not everyone think like that, some have been brain wash and treated like ♥♥♥♥. Even been told they or we killed their families and they fell for it. Not easy to clean this mess up, for those doing drugs, etc is even harder cause they cant focus and think about what the hell is going on here.

Rome use to put a lot of credibility to older religions, since Christianity was tied to Judaism it led to it being see as more creditable. Add to the fact it preached submission, the population was more passive and obedient, so it was in the government's interest to promote it.
That's why Rome made Christianity the state religion, and that's pretty much why the state religion in most western country is Christianity to this day.

For the West, the choice is an easy one to make: Reject Abraham. Return to Pagan.

None of that is true in the least...

If you don't like religion that's fine... but don't make up things that aren't true... it just makes Pagans look bad.

This is absolutely true.

I don't know much about Islam, but according to the bulk of New Testament scholarship Jesus was an apocalyptic preacher who preached the end times. If you go back to the earliest sources, which is Mark. Mark 9:1, Mark 13:30 talk Jesus is speaking about the coming kingdom. And Jesus speaks about hating family Luke 14:26, Jesus don't think I've come to bring peace Matthew 10:34- 36 and so on.

The OT is HORRIBLE. It talks about genocide, slavery, killing babies, rape, etc. And here is the thing. Jesus is the same god in the OT as he is in the NT. HE IS THE SAME GOD. You have been conditioned to believe that the NT is separate from the OT. Its not. 1. Jesus never condemns slavery while on earth. He gives explicit detail in the NT in how one must keep their slaves, and punish the non-Hebrew slaves over the Hebrew ones. Its disguising. 2. Jesus proclaims in Matthew 5:17- 18 "do not think I have come to abolish the Law of the Prophets..." Jesus is directly endorsing the OT and its laws.

This thing where Christians go on about Jesus is love, Jesus loves you is indoctrination 101. They are getting this from John, but here is the issue. John is believed to be forged, or parts of John anyway. The further we get away from the original sayings of Jesus, the more likely things were changed. John is 40 years away from the life of Jesus which makes it highly problematic.

I know way too much about the bible now to believe any of it is true. Its a collection of books that were written by ancient people. The only reason religion has held onto power for so long is because 1) Christianity is still the most popular religion, but that is waning. 2) Indoctrination starts at a very young age. It has been shown that if you can indoctrinate children early, you can get them hooked into YOUR religion. 3) Most people are afraid of death. Either its the fear of hell, which is not proven to be true and which version of hell from which religion, or the fear of non-existence. That when this life is over, ITS OVER! That is my belief, and that belief scares so many people.

In the end, I'm always looking at changing my beliefs.

i allow my reality to shift as i gain insight and knowledge and understanding of a situation
it's precisely this flexibility that allows me to seek the truth, rather than just taking it
As do I, but there needs to be a universal truth as a foundation, beforehand. Otherwise you'll get tangled up in false ideas. Ideas that have led to the deaths of millions, in vain, and unlike other ideas, these ones are still perfectly alive today.

If you follow the situation, you'll end up with communism. If you don't end up with communism, or some other ideal based on domination, you adhere to the Christian doctrine, only you don't believe in the religion itself, and therefore your ideas are very difficult to maintain.

"Don't hurt others" isn't compelling. You will never, even if you try your absolute best, ever get anybody to take you seriously ~ take that simplistic pothead-level ideology seriously.

Even if you're better, others are not. You bring nothing to them, when it comes to philosophy.

If you can't reliably say "My beliefs are able to be replicated" your beliefs are not even bad, they're completely invalid.
