Lithium's extremely easy to quit. And I'm pretty sure Quetapine isn't doing anything except compensating for it, heard that its other therapeutic effects have been discredited. It or another Q drug involved with Lithium compensation. Generally good to finish out the prescription of it once you stop taking the lithium though, as it can take a while to flush.
