The reason most of us don't brag about our IQ is because the real deal doesn't have to hang a shingle outside their office door. You'll figure out who we are, if you're smart enough.
however staring at a person with enough knowledge to scare even the most thought out person can be jarring for most people.
they can't deal with the fact that someone in front of them may know something they don't.
we cant all act stupid so everyone else can be happy in their skeleton.
A good mathematician never reveals the secrets behind their magic tricks.
What im saying, you can be the smartest person on the block but unless you make good use of it, it means nothing.
i never do, i don't actually care either, IQ testing is just a bunch of questions that have no relevance to the real world, it just measures some arbitrary number based off those answers.
She was sorta dancing a jig when she pointed out her list of accomplishments (yes, I do mean accomplishments in the strict sense of the word without being sarcastic), but she was kinda full of herself. Turned out that based on their IQ scores, she was last in the group (I think she score 112), which I'd hope that she'd learned something from that experience. Oh yeah, that young Marine guy was 3rd based on his IQ score.
Of course...
The crap rich people do usually do not require much intelligence, true.
But most of them are garbage people who value their assets more than human lives despite human lives being first requirement for their assets having any real value.
I believe that causes all of us to be losers. Though they get to lose while flying private jets.
I don't think he was referring to the Dunning-Kruger effect, though I can't say for certain; as I haven't read whatever interview that was a part of.
Point being, you need to be humble to succeed in this world. The prideful keep their pride, at the cost of everything else.
