Never denied that obviously you have ways to pay for rent and ♥♥♥♥ and the fact you have to work for RSA is calling for rent being mandatory and all but some homeless decide to live outside because they'd rather keep that money to drink alchohol or take drugs and whatnot it's not the issue you may think it is and also i can assume some peoples may not even bother trying to get RSA they just want to be left the ♥♥♥♥ alone.

In general, I agree. But even if you are self-employed, owning land and being debt-free, you are still paying taxes, and if you don't, they'll send their thugs after you to put you back in line and demote you back to slave. And chances are you end up exploiting other's indoctrination, basically making you just a middle-management slaver.

TL;DR: We live in a society.
