I know that, what im trying to say is the gab between the have's and have not has never been so wide and this is the problem.
We now have CEO's and higher managements at some companies earning in excess of hundred million dollars per year while the employees are being laid off due to cost cutting. This is what I call greed. But hey what do I know
When someone calls the margin??? I used a reputable bank not a loan shark loll
Why would they call it, they know what my house is worth it's an investment for them. If I stop paying they grab 8 times what I owe them and it also applies to myself why would I stop paying loll
Investments aren't for peoples who are affraid to take calculated risks, if you stop to think of all the little "what ifs" you will always pay the landlord ; )
FYI, this is my 4th house that I "lived in" not owned using that same pattern. When I started I used 10K down payment.
In britain, a home in london will set you back £750k and the rest. But a place in the small village of ribchester in lancashire (northwest of england) will set you back anywhere between £180k upwards. But again, ribchester is a old roman town were houses are small, it's not even possible to swing a cat around the homes here are so small.
there's short-term more and there's long-term more.
people have been focusing on the short-term for 50 years now, which is arguably anticapitalist because it's losing money in the long term.
similar to how failure to invest in infrastructure and public services also causes people to lose money in the long term.
I like to think of it as the distinction between capitalism and capital-theism. There's a difference between desiring money and worshipping it. The global economy hasn't been about finances for centuries, it's a completely religious endeavor at this point.
...a religious endeavor the UK gets paid a lot for maintaining, especially by destroying culture markets.
the solution is also very simple: common people need to confiscate all the wealth from the ultra rich. no one should have billions of dollars
Where are you from? what is your age (just your age grouoing if you are uncomfy) what is your education level? what is your current job/study and your monthly salary? Do you have debt? etc
Give us some information and we might be able to help you
Lol, that's the Christmas spirit
Even countries that do not participate in the west's pipe dream of a proxy war, which aims to weaken Russia and lead to its defeat+destruction, are paying a big part of the price, which is going to double soon too, since victory is currently being seized... Not in the early "Blitzkrieg" fail that we westerners initially plus erroneously thought, but with the late endgame Clausewitz fashion.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Keep calm and vote Democratorcs ^_^
Of course, there are bright examples like Orban, who exercizes veto often against the lunacies of the EU and other countries, who refused to cut off trade with Russia, because their own economy would go down the drain. But those are few and far inbetween. Currently, EU is exactly as its moniker stands; EUSSR, EUCCP or more precisely, the Fourth Reich.
