Thoughts about the main actor for scream 5 and 6 being fired?

So it came out last night that the main girl actor for scream 5 and 6 was fired due to her being pro Palestine by the studio cause of the Israel war right now. From what I have seen everyone is saying scream 7 might flop which could happen and that the decision was dumb. There are also rumors that Jenna Ortega who was in both scream 5 and 6 might drop being in scream 7 entirely. I will link 2 videos about the situation but I wanna to know peoples thoughts do you think she shouldn’t been fired or not?

It's the Studio's right to fire her if they wish, as long as it's within their contractual agreement.
She may have the right to sue if she did not give that up in her contract.

So, you should feel free to boycott the products of that studio if you disagree with their choice.


PS: In the US, private businesses have a lot of leeway regarding firing employees for their public activity outside of business work. There are laws that can protect employees and they'll vary by State.

The director of scream 7 has quit. So either scream 7 will be cancelled or a new director will be chosen.

Don't care. This movie has the appearance of a soulless cash grab and is going to disappear five mintues after it launches. Seems like these roles are interchangeable as none of these actors are known anyway.
