Those people must be scammers. They just want your money, or maybe in the worst case, they work for human trafficking organizations.
So please tell your friend not to accept any requests from strangers on Internet.
Damn.
You know me?
It works IRL too, you can draw hearts and flowers and ♥♥♥♥ and "Girls Road Trip!" on a rear window with venmo info. And even if there are only dudes in the car, you will still get donations from thirstlords.
man who want a wife have no interest in wasting time on a woman that friendzones them.
-> it's ineffective use of their time.
from experience if you are just friends with a female as a man, and she does get a husband eventually, you will be pushed out of her life, as other man will not like her being "so close with another man"
the only time man and female friendships ever work is when both have a stable relationship already and thus no need for more.
if it's just "to play online" it may be less an issue.. but than you hardly are a friend you are just that stranger they play with once and can easely remove once they are done with that game.
you are just a better AI to them to play against or with.
Actually true. Truest thing you've said all week.
No.
I actually remember back when I tried to find people to play Project Zomboid with, and it was always men; I couldn't find any women. Anyway, the moment the men found out I was married, they just lost interest.
I've learned that, for the most part, men cannot just be friends with women. It's like, with them, it's all or nothing.
I also just got over a steam friendship where, looking back, I think he only sent me a friend request because he wanted an internet girlfriend. I say that because of how clingy he was. I had told him I was married, and for a while he seemed okay with it, but because I couldn't game with him every single day and stay up all night chatting with him, he begun to just act really weird.
So, yeah, I've learned to avoid men and online so-called friendships.
