This woman was kidnapped, beaten with a baseball bat, broken arm, both eyes completely black, tortured.

The man, William Mozingo, has done this to a woman before. They gave him 2 years and 9 months but let him out on parole. During his parole (where they're let out on "supervision"), he kidnaps a 2nd woman, Chloe Jones, and tortures her.

Why is he even only getting 2 years and 9 months for kidnapping and torturing the first woman? Why is he even being let out early to be on parole? Bro, nahhhhhhh. Bring back the death penalty.

Mozingo, 33, is scheduled to return to court on Jan. 4, 2024 for a pre-trial.

He is being held without bond, due to the parole violation, at the Summit County Jail.

This all also happened back in October and is still ongoing.

His last charge was also in 2019. Before that it was 2017.

You're making it sound like they just let him walk free every time. There is only so high of a sentence they can put depending on what charges result in convictions.

As well as the blatant lie that he's walking around right now.
