How many times have you been in prison?

I have been there 100+ times.

'Cause I used to have a job filling vending machines. The visitors center had vending machines for the visitors to use. So I went there 3 times a week. I only spoke to the guards at the entrance and the trustee prisoner who was always in the room watching the machines. I think I was told he was a murderer. But he was pleasant enough when I was there. This one was a state prison and had picnic tables outside on a grassy area for the prisoners to meet their families. The guards said that some of the inner-city convicts would say "this place is beautiful". Guess they never saw a park-like area.

I also toured Alcatraz once.

I once went to an open day to visit a newly build prison in the near here that was about to be completed. The prison was not yet in use. It was interesting. You could even volunteer to be locked in a cell. ,-)
