How can horses swim
Look at a horse and tell me that it has a sufficient body structure to be able to swim. It's legs are far too small to be able to push the water with enough force to be able to stay afloat with their huge size. Even humans struggle to swim and need to be taught.

Were horses born from the sea

My personal theory:
Big lung

Much air

✨️Float✨️

Similar to a doggie paddle...

Horses have a high level of fat and large lungs, which can keep them afloat. Then just like a larger version of a dog, they doggie paddle around.

Humans don't struggle to stay afloat, unless they freak out. Humans can float on their back naturally even as a tiny baby or some huge fat adult. Humans don't need to be taught that either. It's a myth you need to be taught how to swim, unless doing overarm, anyone can back stoke or just naturally float. Human babies can naturally learn to swim before they can even walk. The higher the body fat percentage the easier it is. Then it's just more a matter of staying relaxed.

How do skeletons swim?

Horses can swim actually. Since they’re big and can hold a lot of oxygen in their lungs they can naturally float.

Of course a horse can swim, and fly and give sweet hugs.

Right Sashie? OF cause Sashie can!

Fun fact but never swim with a kangaroo. You’ll learn the hard way.

The same way any quadruped mammal can swim :steambored:
Do horses use more petrol when they are swimming or running?

Horse sweat produces a surfactant called latherin.

This is the only thing I know about horses.

They can float because they learn it from the stables.

If you put a horse in the sea, does it become a seahorse?

That must be their secret, indeed.
