3 close the concentration camps completely.. no murdering of gipsy's, gay and handicapped either.. you may sterilise some.. to satisfy the radicals amongst your supports.. but given how usa was at the time that would be a much less controversial step.
it would achiefve the same thing.. just let them live a couple decades longer
4 negociate with poland.. get the passage to konigsberg... in exchange for protection agreements. no invasion of poland, no war.
(one still takes chechia and austria.. so germany still grows)

5 don't pauze at dunkirk.. press on and destroy britains forces before they escaped.
6 more production towards the me262 much less to the wunderwaffen projects.. germany could have a few hundred me262 in 1942 if resources where allocated right and that could really helped.
7 continue the nucleair protect.. hitler stopped when he lost the heavy water shipment.. he could have just continued without.
8 keep bombing the british airfields.. do NOT switch to city bombardment.,. this will give air superiority.
9 invade britain... do NOT attack ussr before you got it conquered or a treaty..
with uk army destroyed at dunkirk and germany now having air superiority.. both options are open.
10 kill churchchil (he died a couple times almost)
while churchchil was a diehard not willing to make a deal.. his hand much weaker would mean he likely would be overruled.. or if not.. he could have been killed on many occation.. no churchil makes uk leaving the war and by proxy usa much more likely.
11 keep usa from sending lend-lease..
do NOT send that stupid letter to mexico.. keep usa friendly.. there were many germans in the usa.. who liked usa.. play your cards rights and germany could have gotten that aid instead in their war against the dirty ussr communists.
12 never create the ss.
The german army even in ww2 was respected.. it was just a normal army just like that in ww1.
the ss.. those were those racist raping murdering creeps.. by never creating them.. you keep germany's respect in the eyes of the world higher.. making you much less hated//
nobody at the time would hate you just for "wanting a larger empire"
13 don't hate on slavs.
many slavs were blond blue eyed too.. many hated just as much on the ussr as the fins and baltics and wanted to be FREE.
it was only hitlers obsession with purging them all that drove them into fighting against germany.. by making it a war against communistm.. and adding some.. well those people there are decended from blond vikings too despite now calling themselves slavs.. you could have many of those former russians fight WITH germany, rebel against the ussr...

keep hitler from meddling in strategy. leave militairy decisions to the generals.
so disasters in russia could be evaded.

do the above things and germany would have much more planes to send to the east.. as no western front.. and would have captured moskow.
the war would have ended with :
germany owning most of central europe. and allied states in eastern europe.
the jews living in israel..
britain still an empire just had to give up the former german colonies and give those back..
usa only fighting japan.. and on much better footing with germany..
the ussr pushed back to the ural.. germany likely never fully destroying it.. but a sorth or north korean border would be estabilished around the ural.
the cold war never rising.. as the ussr would be so weakened it had no power to do anything anymore.. the only reason germany would stop at ural was cause the last past it is to sparesely populated and worthless..
ofcourse a germany like this would be much closer to that of ww1..
as a germany that has no hate for other races.. and not has the 1 man rules all cult... just want to be an empire again.. is a very different one from the one we saw in ww2
for me i will start realizing that we are losing, hence ill make our of the best intelligence officers to start Info Ops and convince the west to start "Operation Unthinkable" and become a trojan horse on both sides.

by 1944 Germany can't win the war. No need to drag it on.
surrender to the west that is.. prevent your nation from being overrun by communist.. perhaps prevent the loss of koningsberg... and prussia.. and prevent the mess that was east germany.
that could indeed be a beneficial move..

Germany was actually holding its own before the invasion of USSR. had Hitler not opened up on the USSR trying to claim Moscow as his own, the Allies may never had gotten as far as they had in Germany and the war would still be going on a while longer. that's the only point of history that was the most significant, if someone had whispered into Hitler's ear to not open up on the USSR front and wait a while first, he could have achieved victory in the UK and that left the USA without a partner nation across the ocean to fight the Nazi threat. with a united German-Italian alliance in Europe, it would be almost impossible for the Americans to consider an invasion and they would of had little choice but to sign a peace treaty.
After this Hitler can focus his full attention on the USSR and conquer it altogether. unfortunately for Hitler, he didn't have the inclination or desire to wait.
Though I'm afraid even then it would be too late to stop the red plague and win.
Give me time since 1943 and I'll make it a win :P
