you're making it overly complex for no reason.

I was thinking of the common person level some with mental issues learning how to play the system for more meds that send them worse and entirely dependent on the system.

Ground level i mean like people who can function sort of in society are not able to get the help they need and if they do sometimes they get a quack who ♥♥♥♥ em up some more .

He can be both. When Batman Forever came out, people were saying it was just Jim Carrey being Jim Carrey, but he was actually channeling Frank Gorshin, and doing it pretty well.

Jim Carrey had his moments playing The Riddler where he was actually good, but it was really obvious when he was just going all Jim Carey and spoiling it. He would have made a very good Riddler if he'd have reined it in more. But I'd even prefer Jim Carrey at his worst in that role to the guy who was in The Batman. The Riddler from the Arkham game series and from Batman The Animated Series are my favourite versions of The Riddler.

Literally only seen Heath Ledger's and Joaquin Phoenix's Joker and I like them both equally. I guess I saw the 2016 adaptation of The Killing Joke, and thus saw Mark Hamill's Joker, but I don't remember it very well
