Many might be thinking of the traditional medieval capes and cloaks however personally, I just love the modern designs that fashion houses have created such as CELINE, Givenchy, and Valentino. Ladies have better choices with mini capes and shawls however men have a more military style. The key is how they use the cape/cloak influence in their designs.

Pants are whats goofy, imagine making a garment that presses your testicles up against your body, understandable in a factory, or in the winter when it's cold, but skirts/kilts are scientifically the better option for men.

Caped cloaks look like those morons on military fatigue in the city. Who you hiding from in middle of the city? The only thing doing is looking like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in middle of the city.
