From the USA I would pick Men In Black or Justice League Unlimited. Or one of the Batman animated series. I liked the one with Terry and the really old Bruce Wayne.

Anime? Too many good ones to pick. I love Isekai so I would have Konosuba, Overlord, Saga of Tanya the Evil, GATE, and plenty of others on my list. I would have to go look them all up and try to rate them. It would take forever.

seabert, captain planet, ducktakes, nils holkerson, plons, boes boes, ovide and friends, snorkles, smurfs, tnmt, were all good.
the watched in my college years dexters lab, totally spies, teen titans, teenage robot, jimmy neutron were not as good but at least drawn "normal"

I really hate the ugly drawing style that came with power ranfers dbz and pokemon and such
remakes of tnmg, ducktales, teen titans and others are akso drawn fugly.. with that same ugly anime style..

also not like the hyperpitched voices and all combat of modern toons.. stuff like seaver captaib pkanet etc was more idealogical anf had mote story.m not just 3 episodes of shouting and fkashing lights.

powrramgers and teletubbues and pokemon was when cartoon saturdays died.

he man I never cared for nor for thundercats while 80d seroes I found those bad. (which they were tget were nothing but adds to sell toys)
