“Can I have an allowance?”
“Yes. I allow you to eat my food and live under my roof.”

Get a job... around the house, if you're too young to work. I don't mean normal chores, but something special. How about deep-cleaning the bathroom? All the surfaces sanitized, clean out the cabinets, make the mirror spotless? Or, maybe do that for the kitchen, including cleaning the inside cabinets, making sure all the pots and utensils are in the right place and clean. Deep clean the floor, making sure to get all the built-up gunk from around the edges, etc. Do yardwork if you have a yard, but make it "extra." Edge the yard well, clean the driveway, clean out all the flower/shrubbery beds, etc.
Or, ask your parents what chores you could do to earn the money? That's a good start, too.
PS: If your parents can't afford to give you the money, then you'll just have to figure out something else. Maybe a friendly neighbor could use some help with their yard? Cleaning their windows? Ask your parents, first.
