Need help with Battle.net

I've been having issues install games so I looked around and people suggested I reinstall the Battle.net app so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it now I'm stuck on a thing that says "Updating Battle.net Update Agent" any idea as to how to get past this?

I already looked all over there and even posted a discussion to get help there all to no avail (also I did what Blizzard suggested and still a no go)
