I also heard theres a period after sex where a man can not pee until the tube reopens.

so I don't believe its possible to do both at the same time.

"Possible?" Well, it may be possible.

But, it is not designed by evolution to occur. Urine is, AFAIK, toxic to sperm and the processes involved in an erection act to largely prevent, or make difficult, urination.

I mean, I guess? Honestly haven't really heard that. For women, it's a different story. But that's because women have much shorter urethras, making it easier for bacteria to reach the bladder. Which is why women are much more likely to contract a UTI than men.
