A regular drip brewer (Ninja Hot/Cold system that does tea as well)
A stovetop/campfire percolator.
A basic espresso machine. No need for bells and whistles.
An aeropress.
A pour-over pot.
A Vietnamese Phin.

No idea what this is called though. I just drink black coffee from it.
Good hearty roast
homemade creamer

Sumatra beans are the best in the world.
Are coffee samovars still in use? I should check the antique malls over in Stillwater sometime.
Also, a girl I knew back in college taught me to use a cezve.
