I pay more in taxes than many people on this forum will make in a year. I find myself nestled in no-man's land between the haves and the have-nots. I get both sides of it.
I'm just putting out there what I hear. That's why I said, for instance, "The general consensus", etc.
You've got to look at the market as a game of find-a-niche. Find it, exploit it, exit. And when I say market, I mean what people need or want, not the stock market.
Capitalism invites gaming. So, I game it.
Those who don't will never win. Evar.
1. Well that's unfair, money doesn't equate to power unless you waste money making it so.
2. Is it humanly possible to carry that kind of weight?
3. Well it's mutual.
4. Again, it costs money to step on people. You're screwing up if you do that.

...but every time the topic of wealth appears, it becomes a flex and self-bragging thread most times.
Alux is a MUST!!!
You can't try to raise a "popular movement against oppression" if there are no oppressors.
That's not saying that very powerful people aren't also usually also very rich and that they may have also gotten rich and powerful by abusing those less fortunate than themselves...
But, the rich are often powerful and, as any good revolutionary knows, anyone at any particular time is going to have some bad things happening to them and those bad things are always someone else's fault, right? That's asy pickings for an Instagram Influencer... or a political campaign manager.
There are some notables that seem to fit the popular definition of the unsavory rich... They're poster children for such movements and high vis targets. Rightly so, too.
But, some "rich" people actually did get that way through hard work. It still happens. The problem is the path to that goal is filled with lots of temptation to use power to make the rest of the trip pretty easy... Those who take advantage of those things are the bad ones.
You can find the "Eat The Rich" movement anywhere in history you care to look. It happened yesterday, happens today, and will happen tomorrow - Guaranteed.
It represents the threshold of discomfort whereupon the infliction of expense brings about pain during a period of discounted pricing ...
So no - I do not possess any level of awareness regarding the specifics leading to the formation of "hatred". With the sole exception of the direct and untarnished jealousy resulting from the fact that a person has and will potentially have something that you might not have the personal means to acquire or desire.
Keep your eyes on the prize.
Frequently it takes some time and more than one attempt to break through before you find your stride.
Stay strong!
My loser friends spend a lot of time eating fast foods and fasting. I don't think the really rich can't really eat that well. Maybe people should prioritize physical fitness and health rather than on wealth and entitlement.
