If we built or utilized any of our technology correctly it might.
I think it would take 2 weeks to charge an ev off our green off grid solar
CHECKMATE, COALROLLER!
They're probably more useful for the commercially-available home battery.
A lot of people have 1 or 2 kw panels but never use it all. Electric companies just scoop it all up for themselves.
Would b so dangerous is joke lol
100 watts max would be 2kilowats of h at once and excess oxygen would go boom boom
For example today made 700 watts total partly sunny
Battery is what 45 kilowatts in a car?
So 50 days or more to do 1 charge with no power extra for house
it's otherwise the more sensible option for a daily driver or any of the situations you normally want a car for.
evs have a market as town cars.
Yep, and it would also be nice if they told in their ads that eventually (5 to 7 years) they will have to change those batteries and it will cost the price of changing the whole engine on a gas vehicle ($8000 to $20.000)
Oh Boy, You know how they can do that?!
Have the government own the dealerships and the power grid. Then like with Printers, sell the cars dirt cheap and make the electricity cost an arm and the leg.
Or sell the dealerships and the car companies to the power companies, because bigger business is better in america. And they can sell the cars cheap and power high. And if it doesn't work out, the gov can say they are too big to fail.
And the EV themselves suck. They catch on fire, They aren't really that green. Chances are your car at some point was made through actual slavery. And they don't really work that well. They dont' hold the charge and the charging stations are not convenient.
And because EV folks are screwing it up for the rest of us with their climate agenda, it's pissing people off and many are doing all sorts of shady things with the charging station.
People having their car in the spot and charging money to move. Sabotaging the stations. Or unhooking peoples charge.
