Is consensual incest a crime? Should it be a crime, or not?

Hey, I’ve seen too many political threads on here lately, so I want something interesting. I want answers mainly from liberals, leftists, democrats, etc. or whatever side that is considered hating other side, in this off topic; because I think that those people have very “interesting” moral concept or whatever. I wanna listen.

Anyway, what do you think?

genetics. our genepool will diminish and erode over time with unabated incest.
we have to have a law that protects us from this as people will sex anything it seems.

to me it's simple: no kids, no animals, no dead people, no family. if it's 28 years old+ and not related in any way it's ok to flirt. and of course draws breath.

at the moment incest is not a crime.
it is legal in our current law.
the obny restruction our law had is that you cannot marry if 2d degree ir closer related.

but 3d degree aka cousins can marry

we can debate if this is as the law should remain but if a dad and daughter or brother and sister wish to go funky.m it us not againtbthe law provided they are of age of consent

*U looked into our code of law but you cannot be recognised as father either if not alllowed to marry.

should a brother and sister get a chilf together she will be registered as mother and the father will be listed as unknown.

be a crime for the places on Earth that is not.

here it is forbidden and prosecuted as well the marriage of two people who are very closely related (brother/sister or father/daughter-mother/son) not the actual intercourse between the two.
the intercourse is a taboo and it is frowned upon heavily by our societal standards.

the only reason i present to this is the genetic risk we take should we allow incest scot-free.
despite age of consent. yes say both parties are of age of consent. it must still be outlawed.

accidents will happen. kids will be made. no i can't say that "just" love and "just" sex are fine either. it's family. i don't think it should be legal to love family in that way and the only reason i provide is to make sure that no accidents will occur. we have to have a law for this.
