Yes, it is. Even without the prospect of producing offspring (contraception), this is quite hideous and gross. Nature demands the variation of the gene pool and punishes dumb practices, while human law demand respect among the family members; all while both society and religion hold Family precious, borderline "holy".

It is not even debatable. Or understandable, why and how some people even ask about such things. these sorts of posts are always funny when you consider that from monarchies to modern states, it's usually more conservative people that are likely to do inbreeding
