Is consensual incest a crime? Should it be a crime, or not?

Hey, I’ve seen too many political threads on here lately, so I want something interesting. I want answers mainly from liberals, leftists, democrats, etc. or whatever side that is considered hating other side, in this off topic; because I think that those people have very “interesting” moral concept or whatever. I wanna listen.

I was curious about your take on it. Incest is dangerous for a few reasons and I believe that it's a crime as well.

As to what I think, on one hand there is a reason why incest is in the same camp as harming children and cannibalism as being a consistent taboo across multiple cultures throughout recorded history. On the other hand, I don't really care what you get up to in the privacy of your own home so long as the consenting parties are of the age of majority.

Which is to say that it should be up to the state to decide and that the federal government shouldn't do what they have done and will continue to do with a number of things and decide to force themselves onto the body public.

Do I think that it should be legal? I'm not paid enough to care. Do I think it's moral? Again, not paid enough to care. If it's in the privacy of your own home, I don't care until you make it my business, in which case you've then given me the right to share my opinion.

I mean, I knew a guy who was being cuckolded by his girlfriend's biological father. And I live in a state where incest is illegal. Which, clearly the laws have changed recently because now the only noted penalty is needing to be on the registry for 20 years.

Suffice to say I have less respect for cuckolds than I do for cowards - and I have no respect for cowards and I will tell this to any coward I come into contact with. But then again he and I have not been on speaking terms for years because he is also a compulsive liar and completely unreliable.

Also I hate being asked to look up porn for other people. Thanks J, you're why I haven't given the Devil May Cry series the time of day.
