While I agree with Andrew Tate, the issue is that in order to quit video games, you absolutely need to actually be interested in something else. It doesn't work to just quit gaming and then do... what?
The only way in which this works is if you have a lot of things to do, or at least be interested in another big thing too and don't have time for all. In THIS case you should quit gaming, yes, but quitting gaming just for the sake of it and then start drinking or some ♥♥♥♥... NO.
