It takes a while to figure out how the game works, but once you do, there are definitely worse games out there.

Townsfolk are harmless in their default state, but when the guy in the purple suit who drops the bombs shows up, they panic and then they do contact damage.

You have a life meter and an anger meter, and if you get too angry you turn into Mr. Hyde.

If Mr. Hyde makes more progress than Dr. Jekyll, that's when you get struck by lightning. This is because it symbolizes that Mr. Hyde has "overtaken" Dr. Jekyll, which is obviously not what you want.

The cane for some reason only works on bees. The only use of coins is to pay off the singing lady.

Never cared for the guy. The channel name alone puts me off. Even if there were one thing remotely unique on the Internet about an angry video game nerd, I don't really care to hear some angry video game nerd whine.

I did watch a handful of his videos, but there wasn't anything interesting about them. Just a bunch of swearing. He wasn't actually as negative as his channel name implies, I guess, so there's that at least.

I actually learned about the game from an egoraptor video.

I mean, maybe in the YouTuber realm, but there have been angry video game nerds on the internet as long as there have been forums, which is much longer than YouTube itself has been around.

I've read a comic about Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde eight years ago. Basically its summary.
It was entertaining and I have enjoyed its horror atmosphere a little.. Though, playing a game about it feels like a waste of time to me.
I mean, it just doesn't sit right with me to play a game that I've already read what is about, and so I'm much less likely to enjoy the game as I know what's gonna happen and how is it gonna end.

Still, I wasn't aware of such a videogame's existence.. It was interesting to discover.
