All have a rich history with temples, castles, etc which I find really cool.
But I guess I like Japan the most because of its kawaii culture and rabbit island
Even if Japan itself is an overpopulated, exclusive, expensive place to live.
Korea is the most western of the 3, so Korean culture is more welcoming to westerners. Pretty sure they have less strict etiquette to follow, I know people in Japan pretty much hate tourists that disrespect the culture and way of life think anime is accurate when all they do is break etiquette and be rude.
China is China, amazing deep history but one steeped greatly in being extremely sexist against girls, such as parents having to pay money to give birth to a girl but giving birth to a boy is free. Don't know if that still happens but it still leaves me bad impressions of how China was.
The top is China indeed. Even the Roman Empire was trading with them, and a lot of Ascian culture comes from them. Still today, they are one of the leading country in the world.
Japan is problematic, we all love samurai and their culture, but that's their feudal. It was really poor. Japan starts to develop a better culture after Meiji. Today indeed, they have a very competitive economy and culture.
Korea doesn't have much of history, however today, they are relevant when it comes to music, movies, food and technology.
However, nobody in Asia can really compete with China.
I have the impression that many people are not aware that Japan is over-indebted.
Korean have good dramas but don't really care for anything else.
Chinese only good until 1949.
Japanese culture: cartoons either ridiculously gory or about women raped (often by tentacled monsters)
Korean culture: K-pop
Yeah, I choose none. :P
"Do you have anything gluten free?"
"What is your zodiac sign?"
"Football!!!!"
"I love my guns."
But I digress....
So I guess Japanese, since I can at least experience their vidja and movies and stuff.
South Koreans are worse than Westerners in terms of rudeness, I remember this story of a Korean who lost consciousness on the train, the passengers took him and got him off the train, like throwing away a garbage bag.
Like there's some funny history in Korea and Japan to, but honestly I can't find anything as elaborately indepth akin to China's which may be just a result of record keeping.
