But boy do I prefer the headline of the day being 2 scoops of icecream https://edition.cnn.com/2017/05/11/politics/trump-time-magazine-ice-cream/index.html
rather than the USA losing energy independence, rampant inflation, suffering from a migration crisis, and getting involved in multiple conflicts across the globe.
there are no solutions only compromises
I wrote something earlier regarding this fixation on the timing, speed, and manner to which Biden pulls out and penetrates, and how it was a misdirect because he was just going to go right back in, but decided not to post it. Along with how everything is a sexual ritual focused on figuring out how to get it in and plant the seed, encompassing everything from television and music, to the muzac that plays in stores, to the cycles of the seasons and sowing and reaping the fields, to the cycles of the moon. And basically how we're living in Q world, rod and ring world, "literally fnck it all" world. Again, it seemed to be a violation of social norms and mores to go into this taboo (but very apparent) organizing principle of reality, unlike other things whicha re totally normal and not taboo at all, so I decided against it.
I try my best to see through narratives.
Searching "creepy uncle joe" still brings up some stuff, though it's saturated by mainstream media sites and talking heads probably trying to apply their spin. Not going to bother.
I want to agree with your comment in part, but I think it's flawed. While no side in perfect, and it's likely human nature to want to present one sides with only the favorable facts I can't really think of an issue where you see the right doing this, but I can think of many examples from the left.
Plus I don't think we're just two groups working with two sets of data, there still is objective reality and very often it's only one side adhering to that reality and their data and one side blindly following or supporting whatever they told to.
Reality has a conservative bias.
You do realize that left wing people also say that "Reality has a liberal bias" ? Like I've said to others. I'm post-partisan. Politics are generally hyperbolic and by they stretch truths. Most political debates between two opposing groups is semantics and nuance.
Generally people are susceptible to things we already agree with. When we see facts that confirm our bias we move forward cause it makes sense. When we see something that challenges our beliefs we ask for more proof and questions its viability. This is normal human behavior. What i'm saying is that politics follows this exact same pattern as everything else.
We all know the feeling of inherently agreeing and disagreeing with people. In this thread you would more than likely find that no one on the left will concede any points to people on the right and vise versa. Its partisan brain rot imo. Also very normal human behavior.
And while you can say that because nobody can agree it's all brainrot that doesn't make it true. If one side claims the sky is blue and the other side says the sky is green only one side is going to be correct, and it's not brain rot to claim the sky is blue
I don't know how anyone could say that reality has conservative or liberal bias, or anything in-between. Reality, such as statistical numbers, do not "speak". They do not have a voice. And they are not capable of forming opinions or views by themselves. It's what people make of them that determines their status and value, in the end. And the conclusions etc.
And there isn't anything inherently in our nature or world that says "this opinion is right, and this one is wrong". We humans make those distinctions and evaluations as species capable of doing so. Our nature and the world surrounding us, doesn't.
