is disabling comments the same as blocking? is there an inherent right to comment that the Courts can argue for? i mean, given the state of the current SCOTUS i'm sure they can argue you anything, but i dont know if the white house youtube channel is liable.

Being able to give feedback of Youtube videos is part of the business model. And Youtube is considered to be a Platform thus has section 230 protections. The White House intentionally disabling comments is restricting peoples right to freedom of speech.

But then again Joe Biden has never really cared about the Constitution.

well, it's a delicate thing. Biden is one of the most successful legislative presidents ever, and people are more focused on his age than on his job. it's a weird thing.

The ruling doesn't ban guns for victims; it's not uncommon for a victim of DV to buy a gun alongside that restraining order.
