Because if Trump didn't leave the White House due to his oath on the 20th Jan at 12:01, Donald Trump would of been considered as a trespasser to be forcibly removed by the Secret Service which he no longer controls and arrested accordingly.

Understand Trump knews the US election was rigged well before he even prematurely proclaimed it and begged for donations in which only 12.5% of actually went towards the recounts, rather he was attempting to rig it himself. Hense the fake US electors and forged signed document being sent to the US Capital for then Mike Pence to sign off.

When Mike Pence rejected the forged document, Trump's rioters chanted "Hang Mike Pence", in which Trump approved upon claiming and I quote Trump: "He deserves it"

Inauguration Day has been the same since it started in 1937 for America and all American should be aware of this at least right?

Interesting question because...

Trump claimed if re-elected he would have Joe Biden and others all thrown in prison and likely given the death penalty, without even a fair trial. It's a key difference between the two of them (Trump and Biden).

Now Trump also claims Joe Biden wants him arrested and thrown in prison for life, but that's not even possible. Joe Biden is not actually even involved in Trump's cases and logically can't be even as the US president.

Joe Biden is clearly following American Democracy and did say "no one is above the law".

Personally, I think the US court system is going easy light on Trump compared to others.

Now Donald Trump says if he’s elected he’s going to arrest and possibly execute some of his enemies. If that actually happens, then you won’t have a American Democracy anymore, you will have a Dictatorship or at least an Autocratic America.
