If that $7 billion is to cover half a million stations, that's not "saving money". That's paying up-front for something that doesn't exist yet.

It's not quite 2030 yet, now is it?

Yet FORT WORTH, TX—LG Electronics has opened its first U.S. factory here to assemble charging stations for electric vehicles. The factory will have an annual capacity of more than 10,000 units. There's one already built and giving Americans employment too. More to come...

So if 1 US factory creates 10,000 units or more per year, then 2030 - 2024 = 6 years. 10,000 units x 6 years = 60,000 EV chargers from a single US factory.

There will be approx 10 to 12 US factories so 60,000 x 12 = 720,000 EV chargers... or at least 500,000 minimum by 2030.

You are more concerned about the EV charger, than the factories building them in America itself.

Also no, Biden absolutely has a hand in high oil & gas prices because he was overtly hostile to domestic production (like shutting down the keystone pipeline) and instead favored the unrealistic green agenda.
That high gas price at the gas station? He did that. Sacrificed energy security when renewables & nuclear are nowhere near ready to support a a green transition. Enjoy importing and being at the mercy of foreign suppliers. The same foreign suppliers that come from countries/regions that the US government keeps antagonizing (Middle East, Russia, Venezuela, etc)

There was a subscription that made Ukraine independend for handing over All Atomar weapons in Ukraine to Russia. And then, Russia was many years later not happy enough with the deal, willing to sacrifice 200.000 russian men to conquer Ukraine. Tell me what I do not know.

it's clear what Russia wants... they are laying claim to former Soviet Republics and want to turn back the clock, just as China is doing with Taiwan... they don't want a European Union, they want the U.S.S.R....:-)
